We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website and online defensive driving course. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are dedicated to making our content usable by the widest possible audience.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

- Older PDF documents — Some legacy PDF documents may not be fully accessible to assistive technologies. We are working to remediate or replace these files.
- Third-party content — Content provided by third parties, such as our payment processor, may have its own accessibility considerations that are outside our direct control.
